Organize a Group
Q: Where and when can I find showtimes for my theatre?
A: Visit the theatres website listed here. Showtimes are generally posted a week ahead of time.
A: Register your group by filling out the form at the bottom of the Organize a Group page. Then go to the theatre's website to find out how to purchase your group tickets. Mail or fax your ticket receipt to Cinema Libre Studio (see #4 under "How to Pledge a Group" on the Organize a Group Page. We will ship your free DVD after the film is released in Spring of 2010 via USPS.
Q: You haven't booked a theatre in my city yet, what do I do?
A: Register your group by filling out the form at the bottom of the Organize a Group page. If your city is not listed in the form, select "Other City". We will contact you when a theatre has been booked near you.
Q: If I brought a group of students, would it be cheaper to buy student rate tickets or group tickets?
A: In general, group ticket prices are cheaper than student tickets.
Q: I would like to organize a screening of The End of Poverty?. How can I do that?

Q: I previously registered my group and now want to register my group as a Super Organizer (group of 50 or more). How can I change that?

Q: Is my donation tax deductable?
A: No.
Q: Can I choose who gets these tickets?
A: No. If you know of a group who would like to see the film and you would like to purchase the tickets for them, register them on the Organize a Group page. You can then purchase the tickets for them yourself.
Q: Can I specify the city in which my donation goes towards?
A: Yes, but we cannot guarantee this. If we receive your donation by the dates below, we will try and pair up your donation with a group. If we cannot pair you up with a group, your donation will go towards tickets for a group in the next city. If we are unable to pair your donation up with a group by the end of the theatrical run, we will refund your donation in full.

Q: How do I know my donation is going towards tickets for a group?
A: Once we have paired your donation up with a group, we will let you know who the group is. If we cannot pair your donation with a group by the end of the theatrical run, we will refund your donation in full.
Q: How and when will I receive my free gifts for donating?
A: We will ship your tangible free gifts via USPS when they become available. You will receive your coupon for the Cinema Libre Store via the email address you provide in the Donation Registration Form.
Q: Can I donate less than $200?
A: Yes, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to let you know who your donation is going to. We require at least $200 to purchase group tickets for 25 people. If you donate less than $200, we will have to combine your donation with at least one other person in order to purchase tickets for a group.
Q: How do I receive my free DVD?
A: Register your group by filling out the form at the bottom of the Organize a Grouppage. Then go to the theatre's website to find out how to purchase your group tickets. Mail or fax your ticket receipt to Cinema Libre Studio (see #4 under "How to Pledge a Group" on the Organize a Group page.
